Phoenix VII has lots of great amenities and is centrally located in the heart of Orange Beach. As you step inside the unit, you will be led to a large open living space. Enjoy relaxation in our comfortable living room with gorgeous views of the Gulf. You find ample seating with queen sofa sleeper, 2 club chairs and a reclining chair. Spend time in conversation with your family, or enjoy a movie on our large screen tv. The primary suite is a luxurious retreat featuring a comfortable king bed, en-suite bath and beautiful ocean views with balcony access. The double sinks are in their own dressing area to help streamline your morning routine. The flat screen tv will ensure entertainment and relaxation. The second bedroom features 2 queen beds and a private bath which provides ample space for your guests to relax and unwind after a day at the beach. There is also a flat screen tv to catch up on your favorite shows. The fully equipped kitchen has lots of space to cook your favorite meals. It features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Enjoy your meal at the bar with seating for 2, the dining table with seating for 6, or the balcony with seating for 4. Free wireless Internet is provided, keeping you connected during your vacation. There is also a washer and dryer for your convenience. PHOENIX VII AMENITIES The complex has lots of wonderful amenities. Outside, you will find a large outdoor pool, kiddie pool and hot tub which is perfect for keeping cooling off. There are several grills for barbecuing or cooking up your fresh caught fish. Bring your tennis racquets and play on the courts. Indoor, you’ll find a large indoor pool and several hot tubs. You can also find saunas and a workout room to keep up with your daily exercise schedule. You’ll also be able to enjoy a racquetball court. PARKING Parking pass(es) must be purchased from Phoenix VII. Two parking passes are available. You can register your vehicle(s) and purchase your parking pass at the front desk. Entrance says Phoenix VI - VII. Go through guard shack and tell them you are checking in. Phoenix VII is on Left. ENTRANCE: • Unit 7916 is on the 9th floor. Check in is 4 p.m. Check out is 10:00 a.m. • The door is equipped with a keypad. Your code to get in is The last 4 numbers of your phone number on file. To unlock the door, touch the Yale emblem to light up the keypad. Input your numbers and the check mark and it will unlock. When you leave, press the Yale Emblem and it will lock. • We strive to provide you with a 5 star experience and hope to you have you back for future stays.
