Welcome in our huge 2b/2b home. The entire house is fitted with modern coastal decor & equipped for long stays. Relax around the pool/patio or enjoy nature in the wooded backyard. Very quiet, private & unique environment. Includes a spacious family room that opens up to a full kitchen & dining room, with pool & courtyard view. Additionally there is a Queen Fold Out Sofa in the Lounge that sleeps 2 extra guests. On the premises sits an entirely independent 1/1 Casita guesthouse rented separately. Guest access It is not possible to bring and park a boat and trailer on the premises. However, 1 mile from us on Roseland Road, just across from Dale Winbrow Park and boat ramp, is "About Storage" and they can certainly accommodate a boat and trailer, should you need it.
