Our home features: Two Bedrooms: One master bedroom with a plush queen-sized bed and another bedroom with two comfortable full beds, offering ample space for up to 4 guests. One Bathroom: A clean and modern bathroom stocked with essentials like fresh towels, shampoo, and body wash. Fully Equipped Kitchen: Whip up your favorite meals in our kitchen, complete with appliances, cookware, and utensils. Living Area: Relax and unwind in our inviting living room, equipped with a smart TV for streaming your favorite shows or movies. Dining Area: Enjoy meals together in the dining area, featuring seating for six. Free Parking: Guests have access to free parking on the premises. Keep in mind this is beautiful historic Glendale. The building brings charms for being dated and historic. We have renovated this unit. We do not allow any events or parties. Only the allowed guest limit is allowed. This is a quiet neighborhood.
