Welcome to Cowtown Casita, your inviting retreat in the heart of Fort Worth's famous Stockyards area! Just a stone's throw away (.7 miles/4 min drive) from the renowned Billy Bob's Texas, the world's largest honky-tonk, and the legendary dance hall, this newly-built house exudes a captivating Southwestern vibe that perfectly complements the area's rich cowboy heritage. The space Step inside and be greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere. The bedrooms and versatile nook/office space are conveniently located upstairs, providing a peaceful sanctuary for relaxation and productivity. The master bedroom features a luxurious king-size bed, complemented by its own master bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower and a 50-inch TV for your entertainment. The other two bedrooms offer cozy queen-size beds, each equipped with a TV, and share a convenient bathroom with a shower/bath combo. Need additional sleeping space or a quiet spot to work? The nook area provides the perfect solution with a desk, chair, computer monitor, and a versatile bean bag that converts into a queen-size bed. We also have an air mattress you are welcome to use. Downstairs, the main floor offers all the comforts of home, including a well-appointed kitchen, a spacious living room/dining room, and a convenient half bath. The laundry room is equipped with a full washer and dryer for your convenience. Sliding glass doors in the living room open up to a charming back patio area, where you can relax and unwind amidst the Texas breeze. Enjoy a morning coffee or dine al fresco at the table and chairs while soaking in the ambiance of the sun. Guest access Guests will have direct access and will be able to let themselves into the house with our keyless lock. Details with keycode, address, directions and more will be emailed to guests approximately 10 days before check in. Other things to note Primary renter must be at least 25 years old, sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking, be present for the duration of the stay, and agree to provide the host a credit card on which a $300 damage deposit hold will be placed prior to arrival and then released after his/her uneventful stay. No pets, smoking, or parties allowed. We provide starter amounts of soaps and paper products (like tp, paper towels, and trash bags). Please plan to bring/buy additional if your stay is longer than a couple of days.
