Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Exterior-Large driveway with plenty of room for ATV/Snowmobile trailer parking, cabin surrounded by woods on all sides to soak up nature, and a screen porch to look out and watch all the animals that pass by! Interior-Open concept kitchen, living room, and dining area that is tastefully decorated to feel right at home. Downstairs also includes 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. Overlooking the open concept area is a kids loft with two beds. The space As you walk into the open concept home, you’ll be greeted by an updated modern white kitchen with everything you would need for your stay. Brand new slate appliances to finish out the kitchen. The remainder of the downstairs open concept area is a dining table to accommodate at least 6, a modern electric fireplace to fire up when you want the look of the flames or some additional heat, and a living room area with a sectional couch(with sleeper sofa) and a game/puzzle cupboard with a frame tv above. The queen bedroom has an updated bright feel also with a wall mounted tv and bookshelf with some Maine/nature reads. The king bedroom is comfy cozy with two windows that look out into the woods. To finish out the downstairs is a full bathroom with bathtub. Above the bedrooms and bathroom is a loft area that we have decorated to be kid friendly. The basement is unfinished and has the washer and dryer downstairs. Exterior-the porch you enter into the home on has a propane grill. The porch off the side of the house is a massive screen porch to enjoy nature with a little bit of protection from the elements and bugs! Guest access The whole house and property is available for use! 5 acres to explore on and walk through the woods. Other things to note There is a ring security camera on the peak of the house facing the driveway to monitor deliveries, property maintenance, watch the wildlife that comes through and guests arrivals and departures. Scott Road is a dirt road so Winter and Spring can be a little unpredictable regarding road conditions, we do recommend 4wd or AWD. The good news is our house is only .2 miles off the main road. The driveway can accommodate snowmobile/ATV trailers and you have direct access onto the trails at the end of the road.
