Upon entering, you'll find the 1250-square-foot store area on the ground floor transformed into a large common space. Ideal for gatherings, it features a 16-foot wet bar, a spacious 10-place dining table, and a comfortable living area. The original floors, set beneath 10-foot ceilings, maintain the building's historic charm, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for family and friends. Adjacent to the common area is the old office space, now converted into a fully equipped kitchen with an 8-foot island and a separate coffee bar. Another addition to the ground floor is a powder room.
