Guest access Guests of our suite have full access to the buildings incredible amenities including the stunning rooftop sun lounger, infinity semi olympic lap pool, hot tub, fire pits, relaxing hammock area, grill & serviced bar area. Inside the building has one of the best stocked gyms in the romantic zone inside a condo building, two stories of weights and cardio equipment to keep you fit on vacation! Reading rooms, Public TV rooms, lounges this building has so much to offer and truly is a destination in itself! ** Gym Access - Avida features a stunning state of the art 2 story gym with all the equipment you'll need, even a crossfit section! 10 person max in the gym, guest must sign up at reception, hours of operation 7:30 AM to 10:00 PM. Smoke-free building. –The building has LEED certification. This promotes the quality of the air inside the condominium, for this reason, smoking is prohibited in the building. Other things to note ***POOL CLOSED*** Due to maintenance and renovation work, the pool will be closed from July 8th to July 16th. Please note that not all pool cushions will be available in the pool area due to the rainy season. * Please be advised that the building is currently building a foodcourt on the ground level. At times during business hours there may be some construction sounds heard in the building. *This owner is not able to accept pets at their suite. Thank you for your understanding. **The Avida Building closes its pool deck on a weekly cleaning schedule every Wednesday from 8am until 3pm, this is to do their weekly deep clean and maintenance, at this time only the hammock and multipurpose room on the roof deck are available. *Smoking Prohibited** Please note that The State of Jalisco now has a law against smoking in close proximity to others, this also applies for vaping and electronic cigarettes. This home including all parts of the building, terraces and balconies are none smoking. The state and HOA will impose fines for any violations. Thanks for your understanding. *Guests are allowed to have up to 2 visitors which have to register at front desk leaving an official picture ID. *Guest's visitors can't be registered after 10 P.M. and are expected to leave the facility by midnight. *As per the new building regulations, all visitors and renters are required to wear a bracelet throughout their stay. This policy is implemented for safety and compliance purposes. *This home is professionally managed for the owners and guests by the team at Samson Waters. *Please note that this unit is located on the first level of the building, so some street noise may be noticeable both during the day and at night. We would like to inform you that, in order to maintain the cleanliness standards and proper functioning of our common areas, a fee will be implemented for the use of the grill in the recreational areas. Starting from March 22, 2025, a 300 pesos fee will be charged for the use of the grill. This fee will be used to cover the costs associated with the cleaning and maintenance of the equipment after each use, as sometimes users do not meet the necessary cleaning standards to ensure the grill is in proper condition for the next use. Why is this fee being implemented? Proper cleaning: Although many guests try to clean the grill after use, the necessary cleaning standards to ensure it is in good condition are not always met. This results in additional work for our cleaning team, who must dedicate time and resources to make sure the grill is fully cleaned and ready for the next user. Important Details: The 300 pesos fee will be charged each time the grill is used. This charge will be applied directly to the owner or tenant using the grill. The cleaning team will perform a thorough check of the grill after each use to ensure it is maintained in proper condition. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with this new measure. The goal is to provide a better experience for all owners and tenants while keeping our facilities in optimal condition for everyone to enjoy.
