The space As you enter Creekside Retreat you’ll be making plans for an evening on the large deck checking out the stars. Inside you’ll be welcomed by a newly renovated home. In the living room you’ll enjoy a Smart TV for streaming your favorite shows. The kitchen boasts an island for gathering together while making a meal in the fully stocked kitchen. There are 2 private bedrooms, one at each end of the home and with a Queen sized beds and air conditioning units. The living room has a sleeper sofa for guests 5 & 6 to rest from their adventures. The star of show at Creekside Retreat though are the 2 large decks, one on each side of the home overlooking Pine Creek and Marsh Creek. Planning your day for a water activity? Pine Creek Outfitters is nearby for renting tubes, kayaks, rafts or even bikes to travel further into the PA Grand Canyon along the Pine Creek Rail Trail. A limited supply of essentials like toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dishwashing detergent, and trash bags, be prepared to bring additional items you may need for your entire stay. Linens and towels are included, and an easy-to-use keypad entry door allows you to arrive anytime after 4pm. Coffee pot and Keurig available. This home is located in a floodplain, there is a potential for flooding during heavy rain or snow melt. In the case of flooding guests will be relocated to a home of the hosts choosing. Bringing a pet, see all details below, $150 additional fee applies. Pet Friendly Rules, Read Carefully! A pet fee of $150 + tax is required for guests bringing pets. The process for adding this fee depends on the booking platform: Direct Booking through MVR Vacation Rentals, Inc. Website: During the booking process, follow the prompts to add the pet fee before completing your reservation. Booking via Airbnb or VRBO: Complete your booking first, then send us a message notifying us of your pet. Once we receive your confirmation, we will send a request for the pet fee as an additional charge, as stated in our listing description. Please read the Dog-Friendly rules carefully! Dog Friendly-Must have prearranged approval from host and an additional $150 paid before arrival, this is a separate charge from the booking! - No more than 2 house trained dogs allowed. -Dogs cannot be left unattended in/at the rental property. -Dogs cannot be off leash while outside. -Guests will clean up after dogs and dispose of waste as stated in the rental book. - If evidence of pets on the property without prior approval, subject to $300 damage charge. Other things to note Parking for 3 smaller vehicles at the home, please be mindful not to block the shared lane so neighbors can easily access their driveway. For multiple large vehicles utilize the overflow parking provided by DCNR next to Route 6. By completing this reservation you understand: ✔ The pet fee is NOT included in this charge and will be made in a separate payment requested by the host after you confirm you’re brining a pet ✔ The pet fee that will be applied is $159 and IS NOT included in this reservation charge ($150 + 6% tax) ✔ You will pick up all evidence of your pet including outdoor waste ✔ Only house-trained dogs are allowed, potty pads do not qualify as house trained! ✔ Dogs cannot be left unattended in/at the rental property unless crated ✔ Dogs cannot be off leash while outside ✔ If evidence of a pet is found after your stay and no pet fee was paid previously you will be charged $300 ✔ This home does not have direct access to the water ✔ For best access to this home you’ll want an AWD vehicle with a higher ground clearance (6” or more) ✔ The home is elevated on piers, as shown in the listing photos and located in a floodplain.
