The bathroom across the hall, which is shared between the other two rooms, has a tub. Fun fact: The anti-fogging and light-dimming options on the mirrors are touch activated :) The kitchen and pantry (on the left) are located behind the great room and are well-stocked with kitchen essentials to help you cook all kinds of great meals during your stay. This includes a variety of spices in addition to salt and pepper. Due to food and safety concerns, we ask that guests be mindful of any food allergies prior to their use of these provided items. Our coffee station can be found inside the pantry and is equipped with both a Keurig K-Classic and a French press. COMMUNITY POOL & HOT TUB: Our community offers a heated pool (w/ a kiddie pool) and hot tub that’s available to our guests. This is a shared amenity with the neighborhood and is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. The current scheduled open hours are: Monday through Thursday: 12 pm to 5 pm Friday and Saturday: 11 am to 6 pm Sunday: 11 am to 5 pm Extended hours on Holidays: 11 am to 5pm ** Our private hot tub is available all year long ** Guest access Guests have access to the entire home and yard with the exception of (1) the locked closet next to the laundry machines, which is for owner/cleaner use, and (2) the crawl space below the house. Other things to note Given our location on the mountain, our cabin doesn't have access to traditional high-speed internet (fiber, Starlink, etc). The internet is currently being provided by cellular data through AT&T. It's generally pretty reliable, and we average speeds around 90 Mbps which should offer fast and stable internet for streaming and remote work. Guests have access to the community pool and hot tub—SEASONAL. Coolfont Mountainside has an outdoor community pool, a kiddie pool, and a hot tub, all in a wooded setting with natural stone. During pool operational hours (M-F 12pm-5pm, Fri & Sat 11am -6pm, Sun 11am-5pm), guests can enjoy free use of these between Memorial Day and Labor Day. ** Our private hot tub is available all year long ** This property is pet-friendly; please consider this when booking. Especially if you have any pet allergies. We do our best to remove any trace of pets between guests. Guests are fully responsible for picking up after all pets. There's no smoking inside of the property. The designated smoking areas are outside; guests are responsible for fully disposing of any ashes or cigarette butts appropriately. The quiet hours in our community are from 11:00 p.m. - to 8 a.m. Please be mindful that our cabin is located in nature, and with that comes the occasional wildlife sightings and bugs. As much as we appreciate nature, rest assured that we regularly treat the property to keep as much of the outside out. We rely on our guests to help keep it that way :)
