I HAVE READ AND AGREE TO NP’s RENTAL TERMS. I understand I am responsible for the rental home, the guests accompanying me, and the actions of anyone that is at the home at any time during my stay. I will ensure that everyone in my group acts in accordance with the rental terms. I HAVE READ THE CHECK IN PROCEDURES. I understand check in time is 3 pm or later, and that myself or any guests accompanying me are not to go to the rental home until we have checked in at the office. I HAVE READ OVER ‘WHAT TO EXPECT’. I am aware of what the rental homes provide, and what I should bring with me. I HAVE READ OVER THE ‘PET POLICY’ (where applicable). I understand there are fines that will be charged to my card on file if I choose to disregard this policy, if I bring a pet and do not report it, bring more pets than I report, or if I bring a pet to a non-pet-friendly home. I understand that any prior issues/damages must be reported within the first 24 hours of my stay to avoid being held responsible. Homes are inspected for damage after each departure. We understand some damage may be existing and awaiting repair. I understand that each home has a maximum number of people that is allowed, and that kids are counted towards the home’s capacity too (babies under 2 are an exception). I agree to give an accurate count at the time of booking and contact NP to adjust if necessary. I understand that if I will be bringing a boat or will require excessive parking that it is my responsibility to make sure my rental home will accommodate either. I am aware that NP cannot give refunds or pay for a dock space elsewhere on my behalf. I understand that there are things that NP cannot control, i.e., excessive/lack of snow, high/low water levels that may affect docks, power outages, WIFI outages or issues, Satellite/Cable/Smart TV outages or issues, malfunctioning appliances/hot tubs, mice, or other wildlife, etc. I understand NP will do everything they can to help in these situations and agree to not hold them accountable or expect a refund. I UNDERSTAND THAT I AM NOT TO PARK AND/OR DRIVE ANY MOTORIZED VEHICLE ON THE GRASS OR BEACH AREAS. This includes snowmobiles in the wintertime. I understand I am responsible for the cost to repair any damage to grass and/or septic/drain fields for failing to adhere to this policy. I agree to use the designated driveway and parking areas ONLY. I agree to contact NP if, at any time during my stay, there is a problem/issue, or something is needed or lacking that was advertised. I understand NP wants us to enjoy our stay and is here to help, and that if I fail to contact them during my stay it is unfair to leave them negative feedback or notes with complaints after my departure. I AM AWARE OF THE CHECK OUT TIMES - 9 AM DURING PEAK SEASON & 10 AM DURING OFF-PEAK SEASON; and agree to pay charges that apply for any unauthorized late departures.
