A parking pass is required for each vehicle ($26.25 per car, up to 2 vehicles) and is purchased upon arrival. The condo comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. Please make sure your reservation reflects your correct guest count. For the comfort of all guests, no smoking and no pets are allowed. The property is in a quiet, family-friendly complex – please observe community rules and quiet hours. While we provide a starter set of essentials (toiletries, dish soap, laundry supplies, and K-cups), guests may need to replenish these items for longer stays. A signed rental agreement and photo ID matching the credit card used for booking are required. Must be 25 or older to book and remain present during the stay.
