Take it easy at this unique, tranquil getaway. This is a newly built home that is being offer to Airbnb guests. Come stay in this beautiful designed, beautiful furnished European inspired home. The high end finishes will ensure a comfortable and relaxing stay. The primary booking guest must be at least 25 years old. The space This home uses dynamic pricing. The base nightly rate includes up to four guests. Each additional guest beyond four is charged a per-person, per-night fee. This structure allows smaller groups to enjoy the home at a more economical rate while helping us cover the increased costs associated with larger groups. As long as your guest count is entered accurately, the total shown at checkout is the final price you will pay — there are no additional per-guest charges added after booking. -The hot tub is available every day all year round. -Early check ins and late check out are not available at this property. -There are curtains in the bedrooms. -There are no curtains in the living rooms, kitchen, dining space. -For liability reasons there is a camera on the front door and one on the hot tub. -There is shampoo and conditioner, no body soap, or lotion -There are bicycles for you to use. Currently there are 5 bicycles. No helmets are available -A portion of the finished area of the home is in the walkout basement area. In Michigan, Michigan basement areas can be cooler than areas above grade. The basement will more than likely be colder than the upstairs. - In the winter months you can expect ice outside the home on driveways and sidewalks. We plow and shovel but do not use salt. -main floor offers the main bedroom with attached bathrooms. -the basement offers the second and third bedroom Any forgotten items that need to be shipped or mailed will incur the shipping fee plus a $50 processing fee Guest access The entire home and property is yours to enjoy No early check in or late check out is available at any time. Guests are required to complete a secure check-in verification (ID and rental agreement) prior to receiving access instructions. This is standard for insurance and property protection. Other things to note •NO PETS ALLOWED •For sanitary purposes no wash clothes will be provided. •Please note that this is a brand new home, and the lawn is not installed yet. •Shampoo, conditioner, hand and dish soap will be provided. •There are curtains/ blinds in the bedrooms only. No blinds in the living rooms, kitchen, dining room. •For liability reasons there is a camera on the front door and one facing the hot tub. • Snow plowing: snow, plowing, and shoveling of the sidewalk occurs when there is two or more inches of snow. The snow removal company will be to the home at some point during the same day of the snowfall.
