This is a beautiful, roomy, 3 bedroom home very close to the Beach and Bucerias' zocalo. The beach is a short, flat, 200 meter walk. One block and across the pedestrian bridge and you are in cultural Bucerias. It is walking distance to just about everything in Bucerias. Two blocks to the OXXO. Three blocks to Mark's. On Sundays you can walk to the local market in the dry river bed just a couple of blocks to the east. The space The house is on a large lot of 950 square meters. The 200 meter house is on the front part of the lot with a gated small front yard. In the back yard there is a 150 meter 3 story apartment unit. (5 units also for rent on Airbnb for additional guests.) The house shares the back yard and pool with these guests. The roof top patio of the apartments is also available for your lounging pleasure and is ocean view. The first and second bedrooms each have a king size bed. The third bedroom has a queen size bed and a twin size bed. Adjacent to the living room is a queen size murphy bed and we can supply a cot or two if necessary. The back yard is private with well maintained gardens. Many guests walk through the gates and find it an oasis of relaxation. During the summer months the apartments are typically vacant and you may have the back yard and pool to yourself. During peak winter months the apartments will be occupied with other Canadians. Guest access There are clothes washers and dryers on premises. Soap and additives are provided. There is a small charge per load to cover our expenses.
