Welcome to your getaway with brand new hot tub, soak under the stars in after a day of adventure! Whether you are on a romantic weekend or a fun trip or just to reconnect! Beautiful views, couple blocks from the town of Collbran! 30 minutes to powder horn ski resort, 20 minutes to vega lake, 30 minutes to grand Mesa 300 lakes, many side by side trails, restaurants with gift shops! 50 minutes to grand junction ! Hunters welcome! The space Guest house with Hot tub and beautiful views! Fence yard, fully equipped kitchen Wi-Fi and smart TV for entertainment just a few blocks from town sleeps up to 4 guests, futon lays down two bed , twin bunk beds, and a single twin bed! One bathroom, Kitchen has basic utensils, plates silverware, cups, glasses coffee pot, coffee sugar, salt pepper, pans and pots towels, soap, hair dryer, curling iron, shampoo,conditioner etc. Guest access Lockbox is left of front door above conditioner/heater unit! You will get confirmation a couple days before you arrive!next to air above conditioner/heater unit! You will get combination a few days before you arrive! Other things to note Hot tub rules shower before using no lotion oils it can clog the filter no glass and or near the hot tub use plastic cups. They will be provided. No children under 5 years old is allowed in hot tub! Children must be super supervised at all times no jumping or diving or roughhousing. it’s dangerous and can damage the hot tub! Do not add any products like bubbles soaps oils etc. Please replace the cover after each use to maintain heat and cleanliness limited time to 15 to 30 minutes per session no food in the hot tub area ! Do not use hot tub while intoxicated or under the influence of any kind! Please use good judgment! We are not responsible for any accidents to guests,kids,dogs! We clean and sanitise the hot tub between stays! If hot tub is left in poor condition an additional cleaning fee may apply!
