Guest access Entire Cabin Other things to note • Must be 21 or older to book this cabin • This cabin sleeps 6 guests maximum • Parking for up to 2 vehicles maximum • Located on flat, paved roads in downtown Pigeon Forge • 4x4 drive recommended only for mountainous terrain or snowy weather • Electric fireplace is seasonal and operates October–March, depending on the weather • Keurig coffee maker and regular drip coffee maker — bring your own coffee • Starter supplies include paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, and laundry detergent • Preferred method of contact is through the website messenger. Guests agree to use this method, even if messages are sent elsewhere • Bears and all types of wildlife are very common in the area! Do not feed or bother the bears or wildlife! Please leave them alone. We have no control over wildlife. They are very protected here and part of our area. Secure your belongings and always lock vehicle doors. • We have monthly pest control at all of our cabins.  Being in the Great Smoky Mountains, we are surrounded by nature and wildlife.  Ladybugs, millipedes, and other insects can be difficult to combat around this time of year, even with our constant pest control program in place.  It is not uncommon to see them occur in and around the cabin/condo, especially with the opening and closing of doors.  This is extremely common for the area and all cabins/condos. • Property Access: Your privacy is important to us. While we do not anticipate needing to access the property during your stay, authorized management, maintenance, housekeeping, or service personnel may occasionally need to enter for inspections, repairs, maintenance, safety concerns, or emergencies. Whenever reasonably possible, we will make every effort to notify you in advance. If we are unable to reach you, do not receive a response, or immediate access is reasonably necessary, authorized personnel may enter after knocking and announcing themselves, or immediately in the event of an emergency, as permitted by applicable law. We will always respect your privacy and strive to minimize any disruption to your stay. • Being in the mountains, wind can sometimes blow leaves, dirt, or other natural debris into the hot tub. The hot tub has been drained and cleaned to ensure it’s ready for use.
