Guest access You will have access to the entire house except for an owner’s closet in the kitchen and the garage, which will be locked. All other spaces are yours to enjoy! Other things to note We cherish the tranquility of our neighborhood and strictly enforce quiet hours between 10 PM to 8 AM. Smoking is permitted outside only. Dogs are welcome for an extra fee! The home is pet-friendly. We just ask that you pick up after your pet, keep your dog off furniture, and crate your dog if you leave for any amount of time. Please use the “contact host” feature if you want to bring your pet with you. For the safety of our guests and our home, we have installed exterior cameras - one is connected to the doorbell of the home, and the other is above the garage facing the driveway. They are 24/7 motion-activated and record video and sound. We also have a noise monitoring machine installed which only picks up on noise decibel levels and does not pick up on conversations. Winter Weather Notice Pollock Pines is at or above the snow line. Our road can be steep and slippery when there is snow. If possible, it would be ideal to let us know when you plan to arrive during snow conditions. AWD or 4x4 vehicles are highly recommended during snowy weather. Please come prepared with chains.
