Guest access Guest have access to the entire home along with the outdoor amenities: front and back porch, propane grill, fire pit, stocked wood shed. Other things to note ➤ Wood for Fire pit is provided. ➤ Early check-in and late checkout may be available but are not guaranteed. ➤ Exceeding maximum occupancy is not permitted. ➤ No third-party bookings (must book under your own account). ➤ No parties, events, smoking, vaping, marijuana use, or open flames (candles, incense, sage). ➤ Quiet hours begin at 10:00 pm. Please keep noise to a minimum. ➤ This is a pet-friendly property! We’re glad if you were able to bring your pet along, but please note we have a few additional rules: • Please note that a $50 Pet fee will be applied per reservation. • We are unable to host cats and breeds of dogs deemed aggressive, per our insurance policy. • No more than 2 dogs, no larger than 60 pounds. If your pet is heavier than 60 pounds, it will require pre-approval from our team. • Pets are not allowed on furniture & please clean up after your pets. • Do not leave your pet home alone unless crated.
