It features two spacious bedrooms with high-quality beds and mattresses, each with its own en-suite bathroom. The open-plan living area includes a cozy sofa that converts into a double bed. An additional bathroom with laudry facilities is on the ground floor. The outdoor space is a true heaven, with multiple seating areas, large olive trees, lemon trees and a private pool surrounded by comfortable sun loungers. A fully equipped gym is also available for guests who want to stay fit and Active during their holiday. ideally located, the villa is just 8 min drive from Rethymnon (the 3rd largest Town in Crete), 2 min drive from the nearest sandy beach and within walking distance of super markets, cafe and traditional tavernas. Despite its proximity to amenities, the villa maintains its privacy and tranquility, making it an ideal retreat. Guest access The whole Property (interior and outdoor space), is available to our guests.
