Dining area features dining table with seating for up to (4) and each unit is equipped with a desk for working from home. Curl up on the comfy sofa with a blanket and a book, or catch up on your favorite shows. Sofa folds out to a full-size bed for additional guests. Large 50-inch flats screen Smart TV, complete with Netflix, Amazon, Cable and WIFI to complete the necessities! Comfortable master with a king size bed. Quality linens provided and a large closet space for storing guests’ personal items. Street parking is NOT allowed in front of any neighboring properties and the City will ticket. Pack and Play is available onsite. There is a common laundry room, and a common outdoor area with BBQ Grill, seating and this space is SHARED with other tenants/guests. Other things to note ~You may be required to provide a photo of your Drivers License or Government ID directly to the host. This is for the safety and security of both guests & property Owners, and will be requested at the discretion of Stay in My District. - Smoking anywhere on the property will result in forfeiture of your entire deposit plus can result in additional fees up to $500 for smoke removal. -this property does NOT accept Pets of any kind - Pack and Play must be requested ahead of time as it is not located in the property - Self Check In using lock box. Check-In is any time after 4:00PM and Check-Out is by 11:00AM. - Housekeeping is required and provided on a monthly basis. This is included in the rental rate. Basic cleaning including disinfecting kitchen and bathroom, change linens and clean floors. - FREE parking in back lot
