This home sleeps 4 guests. The home has a concrete area with basketball hoop for family fun! Feel free to pick fresh herbs and vegetables from the garden in the backyard for your meals. Nothing beats the taste of homegrown produce! Guests will have access to the entire home. -->SLEEPING COUNT/VISITORS: We have a maximum amount allowed on the property per our short-term rental permit, being 4 guests for sleeping and no additional visitors. Strict quiet time of 9pm to 8am and no hanging out in the outside areas. Children over the age of 5 years are counted as guests. -->TRASH CANS: For shorter stays of 2 to 3 days, we allow 2-3 bags of trash to be left at the home. Anything over that amount please take with you or a trash fee will be applied to your reservation. -->RESPECTFUL TO THE NEIGHBORHOOD: Quiet time hours are 10pm to 8am. Thank you! -->PETS: Pets are strictly not allowed at the home. -->SMOKING: Strict no smoking property indoors or any of the outdoor areas near the home including driveway or backyard. A $550 deodorizing treatment may be charged for violations. -->NO PARTIES/EVENTS: Strict no party policy at the home or it this cause an immediate eviction of your group from the home. Neighborhood quiet time must be followed. $1000 party fee if an unauthorized party takes place. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home and the front and backyards. The garage and connecting shed and room in the backyard are all not included in the rental and will be locked. The hall closets will remain locked for the duration of your stay. Other things to note Feel free to pick fresh herbs and vegetables from the garden in the backyard for your meals. Nothing beats the taste of homegrown produce! The top bathroom drawer is the only one that pulls out, the three drawers below are not functional. The hall closets will remain locked for the duration of your stay There is an extra space heater in each bedroom in the closet and one in the bathroom. There is an inflatable mattress in the closet of the bedroom with the TV. And extra sheets/pillow cases in the drawers at the end of the hallway. You can also find extra pillows/blankets in the top shelves of the closets in the bedrooms. You can find beach towels in the bathroom cupboard on the top shelf. There are extra folding chairs in the closet in the laundry room. There is a step stool in the closet in the laundry room. We do have a pack 'n play/ portable crib upon request We do have a high chair upon request During the rainy season or winter months, the market umbrella for the outside table will be in the laundry room corner to the right of the washer and dryer
