This stunning property is designed to make you feel like you're in your private paradise. With modern amenities, plush furnishings, and breathtaking views of the ocean, you won't ever want to leave. But why would you? With a PRIVATE POOL, a BOARDWALK to the BEACH, and plenty of space to relax and unwind, you'll have everything you need right at your fingertips! Due to limited parking, trailers of any kind are not allowed. ***The golf cart is rented through a local company Joy Golf Carts. They will reach out to you upon booking and have you sign a waiver, send in a copy of your DL and auto insurance, and provide a CC to keep on file in case of incidentals. The golf cart will be delivered to the house on the morning of your arrival. This golf cart is not included in same-day bookings. If you book this less than 48 hours before checking in, the golf cart will have to be manually added at an additional cost. **The pool CANNOT be heated. We do have the pool serviced twice a week on Mondays and Fridays (depending on the weather), and we do our best to keep sand out of the pool. Because we are right next to the dunes, you will probably see some sand at the bottom of the pool. (Please note that this home is located in a developing community. There is some construction going on around here. Beach gear credit is included! Guests with reservations of 3 to 21 nights at participating vacation properties will receive a credit toward beach gear rentals during their stay! As a gift to you, this home offers beach gear credit for you to select top-quality beach gear for your vacation stay. You can choose from a range of items, including bikes, kayaks, paddleboards, boogie boards, and more. Simply select the gear you want for your vacation at least 48 hours before your scheduled check-in date, and VayK Gear will take care of the rest! Please note that a small delivery fee may apply. Guests SHOULD bring extra amounts of these items as the starter set is for 1 night, and we will not resupply the home. -Construction is always happening somewhere in Port Aransas; we can’t guarantee that you won’t hear/see construction, building, or community improvement projects and events during your stay. -Cable/WIFI is provided as a convenience; Port A does experience outages from time to time. There are no refunds for outages of cable/WIFI or if the city pool is closed for cleaning, repair, or maintenance. -Please remember that you are on an island; mosquitos/pests can be plentiful several times per year. Our properties are treated by a professional pest control service every month. CLEANING AND INSPECTION -We use disinfecting products that meet or exceed CDC performance standards. -Every property is stocked with bath towels & washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property, along with one hand towel per bathroom. -These complimentary amenities are provided in the property as a convenience until you can go shopping: hand/bath soap, one toilet paper roll per bathroom, one paper towel, two dishwasher pods, two trash bags, and one make-up wipe per bathroom. -We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your family's arrival.
