Conveniently located on the outskirts of Coal Twp so you are minutes from restaurants & groceries but far enough from town to be peaceful. The space We are 4+ year experienced hosts who have stayed at countless Airbnb's over the years. Through this experience we've come to understand what a best-in-class Airbnb needs to have, as well as what common shortcuts NOT to take---like cheap beds, uncomfortable couches, etc.. This particular Airbnb is near and dear to our hearts as it's a quarter mile away from where Brian was born and raised and his parents still reside. We love to come home to see family & friends that we have very close connection to. AND to let my parents love on their grandbaby. It's designed to comfortably host amazing get-togethers and is extremely accommodating. This property is designed for friends & family get togethers/vacations. WE DO NOT WANT TO HOST YOUR POOL PARTY. Please do not book this home for the purpose of throwing a party. Outdoor quiet hours start at 10pm. You’re more than welcome to enjoy the pool post 10pm, just no music or loud noise please. Beyond these dates please inquire. Additional pool heat can be purchased if desired, but we do keep it between 80-82 degrees ***All use of the pool is strictly at your own risk. It is 8ft deep in parts and there is no lifeguard ever on duty. Swim at your own risk. All children must be supervised at all times. No pets Guest access Guests have full access to the property and all 3 floors of the home Other things to note No pets and all outside guests not included on reservation require prior approval.
