Other things to note Although our house is in a tranquil street just one block from the beach, there is no direct beach access from the property – guests will walk a short distance to reach the sand. There is no swimming pool; instead, you can enjoy a rooftop jacuzzi accessed via an outdoor staircase. Children should be supervised on the terrace and around the jacuzzi. We strive to accommodate early check‑in or late check‑out when possible. Please observe quiet hours after 10 PM and keep indoor areas smoke‑free. Small gatherings or events are permitted but must be coordinated with us in advance to ensure respect for the neighborhood and house rules. Beach chairs and towels are available on request.
