Thank you for your understanding. 3. This property is pet friendly with a $200 non-refundable pet-fee. We ask that guests remove all pet waste and dispose in outdoor trash. Keep pet leashed. Do NOT leave a pet unattended without a crate, if any issues could occur. We will charge guest damage fees and submit photos to Airbnb that may affect future travel on the platform. 4. No smoking or vaping inside the home! If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay $200.00 / per day. respect our neighbors. While you may be on vacation, our neighbors are living and working their daily lives. If our neighbors communicate serious issues with us, we will end the booking immediately. 🛡️ Damage Protection – Peace of Mind for Your Stay Instead of a traditional security deposit, we’ve added a non-refundable Damage Protection Fee under the Management Fee.
