The condo also has recent upgrades including new luxury vinyl plank flooring and 2 new bathrooms. You'll enjoy central air conditioning, cable TV, high speed internet/Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer and 1 assigned parking space. You can also relax on the large balcony so there's plenty of room for everyone. This condo is in walking distance to many great restaurants and bars including Seacrets, Macky's, 45th St. Taphouse and also mini golf, shops, etc. This great condo is in the perfect location for your beach vacation! ** Linens not provided. Property comes with comforters/blankets and pillows. You will need to bring sheets, towels and pillowcases as linens are not provided but an optional linen package is available to be rented.
