The smart TV invites you to relax and unwind. ➣ Fully Stocked Kitchen Head into the fully stocked kitchen where everything you need for a delicious meal awaits. The fridge with a water and ice dispenser ensures refreshing drinks, while the stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher make cooking and cleaning a breeze. The kitchen island with seating for two offers a perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee from the drip coffee maker or Keurig coffee maker. ➣ Dining When it’s time to eat, the dining table can comfortably seat four which provides a great space to gather with loved ones for a meal. ➣ Bedroom 1 (Main Floor) On the main floor, you'll find Bedroom 1, featuring a queen bed with fresh linens and a smart TV for your entertainment. The dresser provides plenty of storage for your personal belongings. ➣ Bathroom 1 (Hallway Between Kitchen and Bedroom 1) Just across the hallway, the bathroom is a peaceful getaway with a tile shower, fresh towels, and a vanity for all your needs. For convenience, a washer is also available, with a dryer located in the hall closet. ➣ Upstairs Loft / 2nd Living Room When you’re ready to unwind, head upstairs to the loft/second living room where a large sectional awaits for you to lounge. Feel free to indulge in some board games or enjoy more entertainment on the smart TV. ➣ Bedroom 2 (Upstairs) Upstairs, you’ll discover a spacious king bed perfect for a restful night. The room offers a dresser for your clothing and a private door leading to a large upper deck, ideal for stargazing or taking in the views. Don’t forget the bath robes waiting in the closet for your trip to the hot tub. ➣ Bathroom 2 (Upstairs) Also upstairs, features a tile shower and all the comforts you need, including fresh towels and a vanity. Another washer and dryer are conveniently located nearby. ➣ Back Yard & Porch Step outside to the back yard and enjoy a soak in the private, covered hot tub on the porch. We’ve provided bath robes and hot tub towels for your comfort. If you’re in the mood for a cookout, fire up the gas grill or gather around the wood-burning fire pit area (wood is provided) for a fireside chat and some s'mores. ➣ Parking Finally, parking is easy with the gravel driveway, offering plenty of space and easy access. Mentone Market is just 9mins drive! You can grab groceries, everyday supplies, or enjoy breakfast, lunch, or pizza. Start your mornings with a cup of coffee on the porch, surrounded by nature, then venture out to explore the stunning nature all around you! Guest access Guest have access to the entire cabin, hot tub and property during their stay. There is a coded deadbolt on the front door of the home. Please review your check-in information for the code. Other things to note ► Bathroom Essentials We provide a limited supply of bathroom essentials, including one roll of toilet paper per guest, shampoo, conditioner, and soap. Please plan accordingly for your stay and feel free to bring any additional items you may need. ► Privacy & Neighbors The Tree Top Retreat has neighbors to the left and right. The home to the right is visible from the back of the home; however, there are privacy screens around the hot tub porch to keep guest's privacy while using. ► Hot Tub No lifeguard is provided. Guests agree to use the hot tub at their own risk. Children should be supervised at all times and the door to the hot tub locked and monitored unless an adult is present. There will be no refunds or adjustments in relation to your hot tub, including mechanical issues. ► No Pets ► No Parties and/or Events ► No Smoking or Vaping ► Quiet Hours: 10 pm-7 am We’re excited to host you!
