Set above the Little River, this open-concept retreat is perfect for couples seeking relaxation, romance, and a touch of adventure. Soak in the hot tub, unwind by the fire pit, or wander down to your private dock for a quiet moment by the water. ➤ Living Area Stay connected with free WiFi and enjoy your favorite shows on the Smart TV with cable. A gas fireplace adds warmth and ambiance for cozy nights indoors. ➤ Kitchen & Dining Cook your favorite meals in the fully equipped kitchen stocked with pots, pans, baking sheets, and basic cooking staples like olive oil, salt, and pepper. Enjoy your morning coffee with the drip coffee maker and starter supplies provided. The dining table for two also doubles as a laptop-friendly workspace. ➤ Bedroom (Studio Style) This open floor plan features a plush king bed, soft linens, and a small closet for your essentials. Large windows bring in natural light and offer peaceful views, creating a restful setting after a day of exploring Mentone. ➤ Bathroom The bathroom includes a walk-in shower, fresh towels (one set per guest), and starter toiletries including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap. Two rolls of toilet paper are provided for your convenience. ➤ Outdoor Spaces Step outside to your own private paradise. Relax in the hot tub, follow the short (but slightly steep) trail to the river, or fish and swim from the private dock. Other things to note ➤ Parking: Paved driveway located next to the home. ➤ Early check-in and late checkout may be available but are not guaranteed. ➤ Exceeding maximum occupancy is not permitted. ➤ No third-party bookings (must book under your own account). ➤ No parties, events, smoking, vaping, marijuana use, or open flames (candles, incense, sage). ➤ Quiet hours begin at 10:00 pm.
