The Wanderer is a completely private, guest suite, one-bedroom apartment, in one of the quietest neighborhoods in Corvallis. This darling apartment is perfect for parents coming to visit their college students. Remote workers love this quiet space, with good WiFi, and a corner desk. There’s a large bathroom with a modern walk-in shower, an extensive kitchenette, an indoor electric fireplace, and access to an outdoor space with a fire pit. The space This is a spacious room with queen bed and a private full bath. There’s a large bathroom with modern walk-in shower. The extensive kitchenette has a quadruple style microwave, with baking capabilities up to 400 degrees, a roasting feature (you could roast a whole chicken in there!), an air fryer, as well as normal microwave functionality. There is additionally a hot plate and skillet, a mini fridge, prep space with cutting boards and knives, and a coffee maker. The apartment also has central A/C, fast WiFi, a corner desk, a cozy indoor electric fireplace, and access to an outdoor space with a fire pit and outdoor chairs. Please bring your own firewood and accessories for outdoor firepit use. Nearby, you will find green space and walking trails, and we’re just a mile from OSU. The suite, built in 2016, is off of an up-scale home in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. There is no self-serve laundry in the suite, but for stays of 7+ days, a concierge laundry service is included in your stay. We can not accept third-party reservations on this apartment. Meaning that the person who is on the booking, needs to be the person who is staying. We can also not accept children. Guest access This private guest suite is attached to a family home, where you have your own private entrance, and no interaction with the family, who is often off traveling anyway. Parking on the driveway for one car on the west (left) end or on the street. Guests are invited to use the outdoor area, including the fire pit, and enjoy the views. Please note that the back deck area is only for the other family who lives there. Not suitable for children. No visitors, please. Only the two people maximum listed on the reservation are allowed on the property.
