Our home is a stylish, modern bungalow with a breezy back patio, and a/c in each bedroom. Ideally located for those on business trips, it is in a safe suburban neighbourhood, close to a busy highway and commercial hub with supermarkets, petrol/gas stations, coffee shops, restaurants and banks. Happily, a short drive will get you to some of the island's loveliest beaches, as well as the beautiful Sandy Lane golf course and the Cave Hill campus of the University of the West Indies. The space Our home's ocean-hued decor and tropical accents will relax you as soon as you step in the door. Enjoy the fully-covered back patio that looks out onto a spacious garden with fruit trees - lucky you, if your stay at Warrens is during mango season! Each of our three bedrooms has an overhead fan and an air-conditioning unit for your comfort. The master bedroom features a queen-size bed with a lovely ensuite bathroom and walk-in wardrobe. The other bedrooms have a double bed and a twin bed, respectively. We invite you to select reading material from the Warrens' Bookshelf and to cosy up with a cuppa in the Warrens BookNook. The kitchen is equipped with a Whirlpool electric oven/hob, kettle, coffeemaker, toaster, utensils, crockery, cutlery and pots and pans. For your laundry needs, the kitchen has a Whirlpool washing machine and laundry sink. There is a rotary clothes line in the back garden for hanging clothes out to dry in the gorgeous Caribbean sun and breeze. Rainy days? No problem - the garage has a clothes line for such occasions. Please note that we are located close to a busy highway, so you will experience traffic noise on a fairly consistent basis. Most of our guests do not find the traffic noise intrusive, but if you think you may be affected, please consider bringing noise-cancelling headphones. We have also provided one Yoga Sleep Dohm noise cancelling device for your use. Guest access We are happy to offer every part of the main house, garage and garden for your use during your stay. An adjoining shed is for use by housekeeping staff only. Guests will be invited to self check-in and self check-out, without our assistance, using a designated combination lockbox located on the back patio. Other things to note Some Guests may find the traffic noise from the nearby highway intrusive at night. For your comfort, we have provided one Yoga Sleep Dohm noise cancelling device. NB. Please do not allow children to operate the device. If you think you might be affected by traffic noise, please consider bringing noise cancelling headphones for your comfort. Do let us know if you require any disability amenities, such as a wheelchair or shower chair. We will do our best to source the items recommend where they can be procured. Doors and passageways are wheelchair accessible. Please keep all opened foodstuffs refrigerated and/or stored hygienically, preferably in the storage containers provided. The tropical environment, while beautiful, is home to a wide variety of insects who will appear and turn into pests when food is left in the open. Garbage collection in the neighbourhood is weekly. Please secure all household trash in large , sturdy garbage bags and deposit in the wheelie bin by the front gate. We have a gardening crew who are authorised to access the property via the back gate once every two weeks, to maintain the grounds. We will be sure to advise you, a day in advance, when we expect the gardeners to be working on the premises. Our trusted housekeeping team help to prepare a clean and bright environment for your arrival. Should you need any additional cleaning services during your stay, please let us know. If you are staying with us for a longer period, we will ask housekeeping to intermittently service the house for your comfort. The house and garden are fully fenced. The front gates may be closed manually and the levers engaged to prevent small children from quickly and casually opening the gates.
