A $500 deep cleaning fee will be charged if smoking occurs. • No Pets: Pets are not allowed. • No House Parties: This is a family-friendly property, and house parties are not permitted. • No Motorcycles, Trailers, or Golf Carts: These are not allowed on the property. • Parking: Free parking is available outside the unit.
