The left side is another space of the house, but is entirely separate, with no shared spaces. 🚫 Please note: The garage is not accessible as it’s used for storage. Guest access For your convenience, our property features a keyless entry system. Here's how to access the property: 1. Receive Your Code: A few hours before arrival, we will send you a unique access code via email or text. 2. Locate the Doorlock: Find the keyless entry doorlock on the front door. 3. Enter Your Code: Enter your personalized access code on the keypad and select the unlock the door button. 4. Locking the Door: Press the lock button on the keypad when leaving to secure the door. 5. Check-Out: Lock the door using the lock button. Your code will deactivate after check-out time. Other things to note To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for everyone, please adhere to the following house rules: 1. Check-in: starts at 4 PM. Check-out: 10 AM at the latest. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request. 2. Quiet Hours: Please respect our neighbors by observing quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM. 3. No Smoking: This is a non-smoking property. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. If you smoke outside, please dispose of cigarette butts properly. If you break this rule we will request a $300 fee. 4. Security Features: The property has a security camera in the driveway and a smart doorbell with a camera and intercom system. These are for your safety and must not be tampered with. 5. Lock Doors and Windows: Please ensure all doors and windows are locked when you leave the property. 6. Fire Safety: Do not leave the stove or oven unattended while cooking. Extinguish candles and the when not in use. 7. Pool Usage: Use the pool at your own risk. No lifeguard is on duty. Children must be supervised at all times. The pool maintenance is scheduled for early Thursday mornings. We will ensure the work is done quietly so it doesn’t disturb you. 8. Patio Furniture: Please use patio furniture respectfully and keep it in good condition. Do not move furniture into the pool. 9. Please ensure the property remains clean and tidy throughout your stay. Dispose of trash in the designated bins located on the right side outside of the house. 10. Kitchen: Clean dishes, cookware, and utensils after use. Do not leave dirty dishes in the sink. 11. Towels and linens: Please use the provided towels and linens responsibly. Additional charges may apply for excessive laundering needs. 12. Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. Notify us in advance if you plan to have visitors. 13. Pets: Pets are not allowed on the property unless pre-approved. An additional fee of $80 per pet will be required 14. Respect property: Treat our home with care. Report any damages or issues immediately so they can be addressed. 15. No parties or events. No parties or events are allowed. Violations may result in immediate eviction without a refund. 16. Parking: park only in the designated parking area, on the right side of the driveway, and do not block neighboring properties. 17. Guests must comply with all local laws, including noise ordinances and occupancy limits. 18.
