The space This spacious 4 bedroom home features a main floor primary bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and walk-in shower, perfect for single-level living, as well as an additional king ensuite, two sets of twin bunks, and two sets of full-over-full bunks. The flexible sleeping arrangements, open floor plan, and large outdoor living space combine to make Ocean Breeze a wonderful option for families or large groups. Elegant design and comfortable furnishings await inside this peaceful retreat. The open concept living room, dining area, and kitchen are great for get-togethers, where you can stream a movie from the comfort of the huge sectional sofa, craft a meal in the fully-equipped kitchen, or gather around the beautiful wood dining table. A large primary suite with a walk-in shower is located on the main floor just off the dining room. With just four steps from the sidewalk to the front porch, everything you need is conveniently located on one level. Upstairs, an additional primary suite offers another king bed, an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a private balcony for soaking in views of Fernwood. Heated tile floors in every full bathroom add an extra element of comfort. The two remaining bedrooms are designed with flexibility in mind, featuring 2 sets of twin bunk beds and 2 sets of full-over-full bunk beds. The full bunks can accommodate up to two children per bed, providing flexibility for larger groups. The outdoor dining table, gas barbeque, and gas fire table in the yard offer the opportunity for freshly grilled meals, al fresco dining, and stories around the fire on warm summer evenings. Beyond the yard, the kiddos can explore the hiking trails located just behind the house or play in Meadowview Park just steps. Seabrook’s growing trail network awaits outside your back door, so don’t forget to pack your hiking boots and mountain bikes! Sunrise Pool and Fitness Center is also an easy five minute walk down the street. Other things to note All Seabrook Hospitality guests are welcome to check out complementary equipment from The Dugout at the Sunrise Pool. Ask the pool attendant for assistance to be on your way to planning all kinds of games year-round! Items available for check out include, Badminton rackets, Bocce ball, Cornhole, Soccer balls, Horseshoes, Big Jenga and so much more. Please obtain a free parking pass from Guest Services when parking on the street. A rental agreement will be sent 2 days prior to your arrival date. It will need to be signed prior to check-in. Vehicle Charging Stations are located in the parking lot on Parkview Lane.
