Baby items readily available. There is also a desk set up ready for remote work. Walking distance to the grocery store & two restaurants! The space The house can sleep 8 adults and 2 kids in this 3 bedroom, 2 bath. 1 full bed, 2 twins, 1 king and the living room has a Queen pull out couch. There is also a workspace with a desk, a chair, keyboard, mouse, 2 monitors and docking station with usb or usb c connection in the living room area. Kid friendly: - the main bedroom has a BONUS bunk bed that is NOT listed in the official bed count (for kids < 12 yrs old or under 120 pounds) - a playset outside in the yard - a basketball hoop - large yard games (stored in laundry room closet) For those with small children we provide the following at no additional cost: - Pack N Play with sheets - Changing Table - Toddler friendly plates and utensils - Portable Highchair - Baby Bath - Baby Monitor - Noise Machine By staying at this location, you agree that Off the Red Brick Road LLC. is not responsible for any injuries sustained when using the pack n play, highchair, baby bath, bunk beds, the play set or anything else.
