The property is located in a family oriented area, allowing you to truly disconnect from daily hustle. However it is still within minutes away from restaurants, pubs, famous Old Town of Algonquin with gorgeous promenade and many other attractions or stores. There is a very conveniently located Fox14 Marina where you can rent a boat to cruise around, enjoy water fun and sunset. You are welcome to use the river front bank by the boat slips across the house. No garage access. Plenty of driveway parking. Fits 7 passenger cars. Other things to note We do not take any responsibility for your children especially infants or toddlers as the property is not baby proof. This is a two separate units home combined in one home. Any water/river/ entertainment activity at your own risk. Please note the apartment is on the second floor has steep staircase. All necessities provided as a starter. Guests should replenish accordingly to their needs. For gas grill- tank is provided and guests are welcome to get a full one if they wish to use for grilling. Please Always leave the empty one.
