Located in the heart of Omaha, just 6-min walk to coffee shops, bars, and boutiques. Also only 1 mile from downtown, gardens, zoo, and free museums. This home helps fund artists and community events—your stay supports something bigger.. I’m nearby and happy to help. The space The kind of house where you actually want to come home after the game. This house is a 7 minute drive to the stadium (less than 1.7 miles away) with plenty of room for your whole group to be together. There are 6 bedrooms (with possibility to make one space another one) and plenty of extra room in the house for air mattresses. It is on a double lot with an alleyway behind it, so you have plenty of room to bonfire, BBQ, and chill. The yard is great if you are bringing a dog, but if you are bringing a dog I would like to discuss it with you and approve of it first. There is ample free parking right out front. This location is amazing and within walking distance to favorite Omaha restaurants and bars. It is a 4-minute drive to both the old market and the zoo. It is a 2-minute walk to a great little Mexican food restaurant called Tixteco. An 8-minute walk to Omaha's award-winning coffee shop (Archetype Coffee), the best goat cheese nachos (Fizzy's), a creative cocktail bar (Tiny House), a bar arcade (Beercade 2), and local boutique stores. I would love to help make this experience enjoyable for you whether that is helping you stock the fridge with beer before your arrival or even arranging a shuttle service to and from the stadium by hiring one of the neighbors. Other things to note If your team keeps winning and you want to extend your stay, I’ll do my best to accommodate you! I’ve got a local band that usually jams here on Tuesdays and may be open to performing during your stay—just ask. Need something extra? I have friends who can host yoga, cook for you, cut your hair, or give massages. This home is rooted in community, and we love sharing that with guests. P.S. We update the photos regularly, but since we only rent during CWS, the house may look even more styled and cozy than shown. You're in for a good surprise.
