Built in 1882 the unique charm is still within this duplex . Settled in the heart of South Charleston, a quaint little village nestled between Columbus and Dayton, Ohio . Very quiet neighborhood with plenty of off the road parking . This apartment is a 1 bedroom 1 bath . It can sleep up to 6 guests with a queen bed , twin futon, and a twin chaise lounge .I do offer a queen blow up mattress if needed !Equipped with a washer and dryer , all kitchen appliances and free complimentary coffee bar . The space Living room will sleep 1 on a twin bed chaise lounge, also couch is available and blow up queen mattress . The bedroom has a queen bed. There is a little room off the kitchen that will have coffee bar and additional seating with a futon - a great space to sit relax and drink coffee :) There is a breakfast nook in the kitchen that seats 4. The apartment number is 36. It is a duplex on a quiet street with quiet next door neighbors . We would like all guests to note the quiet hours of 10-6. There is a coffee shop , Village Cup a short walk through the alley . Try the Cold Brew with cold foam :) 2 pizza shops , Chinese Restaurant, ice cream parlor ( seasonal hours ) grocery store , pharmacy, Dollar General, library , gas station all within walking distance ! Ohio State - 39 Miles University of Dayton -41 Miles Wittenberg -13 Miles Heart of Ohio Antique-7.9 Miles Clark County Fairgrounds/ Champion Center -8.1 Miles Yellow Springs -17 Miles Cedarville -11 Miles Guest access Guest are more than welcome to any space in the duplex.
