Large airy living room with high ceilings and spacious kitchen. Large back patio (not screened) with area that is covered and has a fan. There is a gas grill on back patio. There is a dedicated study/office space upstairs. There is a swingset outside. We have life jackets for adults and kids. Boathouse has a closet with floaties and fishing equipment.
