Resort Fee (Daily Charge): • Stays of 1 to 14 nights: $40 per day, plus applicable taxes • Stays of 15 to 29 nights: $35 per day, plus applicable taxes • Stays of 30 nights or more: $30 per day, plus applicable taxes Incidental Property Security Deposit – $250: • A refundable security deposit of $250 is required at check-in to cover any incidental damage or charges incurred during your stay. • This deposit will be refunded within 3 to 5 business days following check-out, provided no deductions are necessary. Processing times may vary depending on the guest's financial institution. Valet Parking (Optional): • 1 to 7 days: $35 per day, plus applicable taxes • 8 or more days: $30 per day, plus applicable taxes • Monthly rate: $650 per month, plus applicable taxes • Stays of 6 months or more: $480 per month, plus applicable taxes These fees are standard across all reservations and are essential to maintaining the property’s premium amenities and guest services.
