Area leads into the dining area nestled next to the wood burning stove and full kitchen. You are within walking distance to the local shops and eateries. Take some time to hike the trails or visit nearby lakes. The residence is just 15 short minutes from Cuchara, home of the stunning Spanish Peak Mountains. The space Our space has been updated! The basement is now open and available for use. This adds more sleeping options and laundry facilities. Disclosure: This property is a duplex. There is a shared door on the main floor that will remain locked unless a renter decides to rent out both sides. If entire duplex is rented it can hold a total of approximately 17-20+ people including couches and air mattresses, if need be. Other things to note We do not have air conditioning throughout the home, but we do offer an a/c window unit in the main living area to help with the warm of the afternoon. It works great! Opening the bedroom windows in the evening keep sleeping very comfortable.
