The space We have a pack and play and baby essentials at all times, high chair, shower tub and blankets. ROOM & BATHROOM Downstairs 1 room with Queen bed. 1 full bathroom. Upstairs 1 room with Queen bed with TV 1 room with Queen bed with TV 1 room with King bed and 2 Full size bunk beds with TV 1 full bathroom. 1 master full bathroom with bathtub and bidet toilet. Trash bin is outside on the left side of the house when you stand in front of the main entrance, Tuesdays and Fridays are trash day, bins are back next day, do not leave in communal area. Guest access Guests have access to the house beside the storage and the shack. Other things to note 🐾 PETS Small pets allowed with: $300 per pet (flat cleaning fee 30 days stay) $500 refundable deposit Must be approved! Undisclosed pets = $500 penalty per pet Pets may not be on beds/sofas (for allergy-sensitive long-term guests) Outdoor potty area available; please clean after pets NO PARTIES OR EVENTS, quiet time starts 9pm to 9am. PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL TO NEIGHBORS, IF TOO LOUD AND NOISY OR RUNNING OUTSIDE AND SCARING THEM POLICE WILL BE CALLED AND YOUR STAY WILL BE CANCELED AND NO REFUND WILL BE MADE BY AIRBNB. Be mindful that is a small community, IN AND OUT GUESTS are not allowed, undisclosed guests will be charged penalty $100 per guest. Guest count is for the one staying and not staying as well including kids. No smoking allowed inside home, outside in our back yard is allowed. Do not smoke in the communal area. Penalty of $500 if Marijuana or any kind of smoking smell is left inside the house. We have a water filter in the sink and filtered water automatically refills the fridge jug.
