This is a combined listing of two homes that are side-by-side: Nature Lodge + Cloud Nine. These homes are owned and managed by Super Luxury Home Rentals and completed construction in March 2024. They are finished with high end furnishing from Restoration Hardware, Thuma, Samsung, Steelcase, Solo Stove, and more. Each home is fully stocked and equipped to feed, entertain, and comfortably accommodate 28 people, therefore the two combined homes can accommodate 56 people in total. The space Nature Lodge is a 7 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms that sleeps up to 28 guests. Main Level - Front porch is up 2 stairs and has a table with two chairs next to the lighted entrance - Primary bedroom #1 has an en-suite bathroom, a Thuma king bed, a 50" TV, and a desk & chair - Primary bedroom #2 has en-suite bathroom with access from the living room, a Thuma king bed, and a 50" TV - Fully stocked kitchen is equipped with all the kitchen utensils, supplies, and appliances to make feeding 28 people a breeze - Dining area has a 6' round Restoration Hardware table seating 10 and counter height bar stool seating 9 - Spacious living room with large sectional couch, fireplace, 85" Samsung TV - Out the sliding glass door to the patio there is a Weber grill, 14' of dining tables seating 16, and and outdoor sofa to enjoy the views Basement Level - Family & Game Room has a ping pong table, classic arcade, XBOX, and 85" Samsung TV - Off the family room there is a kitchenette with everything needed to enjoy a libation or two - The outdoor patio has private hot tub accommodating 6 and a fire table surrounded by outdoor sofas - Primary bedroom #3 with en-suite bathroom, a Thuma king bed, and a 50" TV - Primary bedroom #4 with en-suite bathroom, a Thuma king bed, and a 50" TV - Bunk Bedroom #5 with the small bunk room with two triple bunk twin beds sleeping 6 and a 50" TV Upper level - Primary bedroom #6 has en-suite bathroom, has a Thuma king bed, a desk & chair, and 50" TV - Bunk Bedroom #7 is our large bunk room with 4 triple bunk twin beds sleeping 12 and a 50" TV with en-suite bathroom with tub & shower - In the hall there is a laundry closet with a stackable front load Samsung washer and dryer Additional Home Amenities - Kid friendly including Pack n Play, High Chair, & Kids Dishware - Driveway Parking for up to 3 vehicles - Thoughtful sleep environments: ceiling fans in all bedrooms, white noise machines, and portable fans provided - High speed internet (1Gbps) Cloud Nine is a 7 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms that sleeps up to 28 guests. Legal agreements and security deposit are managed using an approved API-connected software provider called OwnerRez. The security deposit is a temporary hold on the credit card in case of any damages incurred during the stay. This property allows pets up to 2 dogs with a fee. The maximum guest count must be adhered which is 28 for this property. Guest access The entire home, rear yard, and parking area are included in this rental as well as access to the shared community amenities: indoor pool & outdoor pool.
