As for the titled relaunch, the property was formerly one of the top vacation rentals in the area, and the owners are taking over property management directly to offer premium service for our guests starting October 1, 2024. The Space: Inside is nearly 4,000 Sq feet of living space which is perfect for hosting and conversation with an open layout floor plan. The kitchen is fully stocked with all cooking and dining essentials that you’ll need to cook up your favorite family recipes. Please note, the driveway can accommodate up to 6 cars comfortably. **Damage Deposit & Waiver** We use "Truvi" for accidental damage coverage and guest screening, ensuring a secure and hassle-free experience for both hosts and guests. A non-refundable damage waiver of $35 is collected through "Truvi", a third-party insurance company. This one-time fee is more affordable than a refundable security deposit and covers small damages during your stay, up to $1 million. By paying this fee, you can relax knowing any potential damages are covered. After booking, you'll receive a link to complete the process. Please ensure that your "Truvi" application matches the primary guest name on the reservation, and complete your background check within 48 hours of booking confirmation as required by law. Guest access The entire home is available for private use throughout your stay. There is one linen closet that will remain locked for cleaners/owners belongings.
