Other things to note Clifton Corner is one side of a historic duplex, so occasional noise from the neighboring unit may be heard. Our neighbor also works from home, so we ask guests to be respectful with noise during their stay. This is a charming older home with character, which means you may notice a few quirks—such as creaky floors and the unique features that come with historic properties. The home is located just one block from Kellogg Avenue, a main highway/ freeway through Wichita, so some traffic noise may be noticeable at times. Please note there are several stairs required to enter the home. The second and third bedrooms, along with the half bath, are located upstairs. The laundry and small gym area are in the basement, accessed by a staircase that is quite steep. The garage is used for storage and is not accessible to guests, but you are welcome to park in the driveway during your stay.
