The space This property includes three bedrooms, two baths, a large open concept, living area, dining room a bar in the kitchen with three stools. Washer and dryer is also available. Also has a screened in front porch and deck and downstairs has a screened in picnic area with a deck It sits on an island surrounded by the steinhatchee River. it is also just minutes from the Gulf of Mexico for fishing and scalloping. Other things to note Please be mindful of children and anyone who cannot swim. As the house is surrounded by water also please take caution while on docks and beware of surroundings at all times.,also please remember no pets and no smoking at any time.
