This beautiful property is located just outside of Augusta, giving you the option to easily explore restaurants, shopping, and, of course, golf. The space Guests have access to over 20+ acres of land to explore. Local wildlife is always present on the property. You might see deer running across the dam, hear quail whistling in the distance, or see various species of songbirds in the tree lines. Spring Lakes immerses you truly in nature, all while having the conveniences of town a short drive away. This four-bedroom, two-bath ranch-style house was recently renovated in the summer of 2024. Some renovations include a tiled walk-in shower in the primary bathroom, an additional bedroom off the living room with a shared fireplace, and a complete kitchen renovation, including a 12-foot kitchen island. The hall bathroom features a tub shower combo, a large vanity with two sinks, and a private toilet closet. This ranch-style home offers plenty of space in the open-concept living areas, including the 6-person dining room table, a reading nook with two oversized chairs, a fully stocked kitchen perfect for hosting, and a living room with a leather sleeper sofa and fireplace. The house also features a carport at the back that can fit two cars and has a gas grill for all your BBQ needs. Additional vehicles are welcome to park in the grass along the driveway. Enjoy the sunset from the rocking chairs on the front porch overlooking the pond every night or sip your coffee on the stone table at the pond's edge every morning. Guest access Guests get access to the entire house and the 2500+ square foot shed on the property, which has a ping-pong table, fire pit, kayaks, fishing poles, and picnic tables. The home also sits on a 10-acre private pond. Our adventurous guests have a plethora of activities to choose from. They can spend their days kayaking on the water, fishing for large bass, or simply relaxing by the pond. We even have a path around the pond to a 100+-year-old cedar tree that has been measured to be the 2nd widest cedar tree in the state! Here at Spring Lakes, we are currently expanding our trail system to offer more walking paths for our guests to explore the property. Guests who love fishing will enjoy this fully stocked 10-acre pond with bass and other species. This year, family and friends have caught multiple 10-plus-pound bass in the pond. We provide two fishing poles during your stay, but bait and tackle are not provided. Please plan accordingly.
