Additionally, we're conveniently located between Denver International Airport and the mountains, making it easy to reach all the ski resorts! Sam’s Club & Costco are also just down the street for all your stocking-up needs. We are minutes from I-70, I-76, & I-25, making it easily accessible for you to explore all of Colorado. ☆☆ BEDROOMS ☆☆ The home has 4 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 8 guests comfortably (10 guests if you don’t mind the sofa!). There are a total of 3 Queen bed, 2 Twin and 2 sofas. ☆☆ BATHROOMS ☆☆ You'll find 2 clean and fully stocked bathrooms with bright lighting, large mirrors, and soft towels in this home. All showers are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer, Q-tips, hair ties, and cotton pads for your group's needs. ☆☆FULLY STOCKED KITCHEN☆☆ Blender - Air fryer - Kettle - Pots and pans - Toaster - Baking sheets - Cooking utensils - Strainer - Eating utensils - Nespresso machine - Microwave - Complimentary tea bags - Oven with range hood - Chopsticks - Measuring cups - Basic seasonings - Knife set - Wine glasses and cups - Plates and bowls - Cutting board. ☆☆BASEMENT WET BAR & ENTERTAINMENT ROOM ☆☆ Enjoy endless entertainment in our downstairs entertainment room, complete with a variety of games and a foosball table. Other things to note Guests are granted access to ONLY the RIGHT driveway or front off-street parking. The garage is designated for use as a fitness/game room, and parking inside is not permitted. Absolutely no parties and no loud music after 10pm. This will cause you to lose your deposit if there are any complaints! No exceptions! Please, make sure there are no cigarettes inside the house or yard. Trash day is on Thursday mornings. We would appreciate it if you put all trash in the black bin and recyclables in the bin with the blue lid located on the side of the driveway. Traffic noise may be heard but is easily drowned out by the TV, white noise machines in the bedrooms, and by you having a good time with all of our amenities! Garage is a shared space. Please do not take games out of the garage unless approval from hosts. Guest access You’ll have access to every room (beside our cleaner’s closet) and feature in this home. Make yourself at home; your hosts are just a phone call or text away if you have any questions. There is a keypad on the front door for easy and secure access to the home.
