This lush green paradise surrounds the expansive deck all the way to the front patio, where you'll find yourself in a world of comfort. ➤ Outdoor Dining Area: Dining table includes seating for 4 and there are 4 additional folding chairs in storage closet. It's the kind of spot perfect for a family dinner or transforming work from a dreadful slog into something that feels, dare we say, delightful. Because nothing says "I'm crushing this work-life balance" quite like sending emails with a side of fresh air and a waterfall cascading next to you. ➤ Kitchen: Walk through the front door and you're greeted by an expansive kitchen. With gleaming stainless steel appliances and spacious countertops, the kitchen is fully equipped with everything a culinary enthusiast might need to whip up a feast or just a really impressive midnight snack. ➤ Bedroom/Living Room: Includes a full-sized bed with memory foam mattress, and a sofa bed. Guests may enjoy every space within the fenced area. ➤ Check-In/Out: Easy self-check-in with a digital smart lock. Check in after 3 PM and check out by 11 AM. ➤ Safety Features: Your safety is our top priority. Our home is equipped with 1 camera facing the front driveway. ➤ Parking: The driveway has enough room to fit 2 standard sized cars. It will be a snug fit with a larger vehicle - like those big, beefy trucks that make you feel like the king of the road. If you need more space just give us a heads up and we can save a spot for you to park in our driveway next door. There is also street parking available down the block. Other things to note ➤ Home: There is a shared wall on the north side of the home where you might, on the quietest night, hear a faint noise. It's the kind of sound that makes you go, "Was that the wind, or is my neighbor watching 'The Notebook' for the hundredth time?" It's there, but barely. ➤ Freeway: The property's proximity to the freeway entails some whooshing noise outdoors, but it is significantly muffled by a waterfall. Staying here is like having a ticket to the best of both worlds. You've got the convenience of being close to the freeway while also enjoying your own personal oasis. ➤ Mosquitos: Our lush landscape plays host to nature's uninvited guests. We stash mosquito spray in the bathroom vanity drawer and place citronella candles on the outdoor dining table. ➤ Hill: This property is located in Mt. Helix neighborhood--hence, on a mountainside. Therefore, you can expect to drive up a hill to get to the property.
