Let the gentle murmur of the creek and the rustle of leaves in the forest canopy transport you to a realm of timeless enchantment and guide you on a journey and rejuvenation where magic is real. The space Permit # 214161 Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to the entire house listed in their booking, including the private porch, gazebo, and backyard, all set against the backdrop of a beautiful creek. Please note: This gated property features three detached houses, each with its own private patio, porch, backyard, parking, and entrance. However, all three houses share a common gate that provides access to the driveway leading to each property. You have a private patio, furnished gazebo, and private entrance to the unit, complete with a private entrance to the patio and backyard. Note: This charming house features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. While you will have exclusive access to the entire house, the number of bedrooms and Bathrooms available will be determined by the size of your group. This approach allows smaller groups to enjoy our property without incurring charges for the maximum number of guests. Let's explore what each level has to offer: First Level: As you enter, you'll step into a spacious living room, perfect for unwinding with loved ones after a day of adventure. Adjacent to the living room is the dining area, providing a cozy space for meals and conversations. The fully equipped kitchen awaits, ready for you to create culinary delights during your stay. For your convenience, a laundry room is available for your use, making longer stays a breeze. Bedroom #1 offers a comfortable queen-size bed and an attached full bathroom, ensuring privacy and comfort for guests. Second Level: Ascend the stairs to Bedroom #2, a studio-style space designed for relaxation and rest. This room features two twin XL bunk beds, perfect for accommodating larger groups or families. A spacious sofa and sitting area provide ample space for lounging and unwinding, with entertainment available via the TV. The full bathroom on this level is shared with Bedroom #3, ensuring convenience for all guests. Bedroom #3 provides a cozy retreat with a full-size bunk bed, complete with an additional twin bed on both the top and bottom bunks. Other things to note To ensure a smooth check-in experience, please be aware that our standard check-in time is 4:00 PM. Should you require an early or late check-in, we kindly ask that you notify us in advance. This allows us to make the necessary arrangements to accommodate your request. Please note that early check-ins or late check-outs requested at the last minute cannot be accommodated. Approval for early check-ins or late check-outs must be obtained at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled arrival. Please read and acknowledge the below: Santa Cruz County: Short-Term Rental Agreement This Rental Agreement applies to short-term rental of the property located at LOVE CREEK RD “Short-term rental” means a rental of less than 30 days. Host agrees to rent 3 beds, 2 bath to guests seeking accommodations on a short-term basis (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Home and Services, guests agree to comply with and be legally bound by the terms and conditions of this guest agreement. The rental shall provide facilities for sleeping, bathing and toileting inside a permanent dwelling that is suitable for human occupancy. Rental of accessory buildings is prohibited. Rental of sleeping space in or on balconies, porches, tents, sheds, vehicles, RVs, or outdoor areas is also prohibited. Check-in is 4pm. Check-out is 11am. Local 24-Hour Contact: will be provided after booking is completed. The Guest agrees to follow the House Rules: • Age requirement. Rental to unaccompanied minors under the age of eighteen is prohibited. • Number of guests allowed: 8 people per hosted house including children and infants. • Listing of Guests: It is imperative that all individuals within your party are listed in your reservation. This includes all members who will be staying at our property during your designated period at any time. Failure to do so may result in discrepancies regarding occupancy and could lead to complications during your stay. • Visitor Policy: To maintain security and uphold the comfort of all guests, we strictly enforce a no-visitor policy. Only individuals listed in your reservation are permitted to access the property during your stay. This policy ensures the safety and privacy of all guests. • Consequences of Non-Compliance: Please be advised that any violation of our house rules, including failure to adhere to the guest listing and visitor policy, will result in immediate evacuation from the premises. Additionally, any associated costs incurred, including deposits and potential fines from local authorities, will be the responsibility of the guest. • Number of vehicles. One car is allowed per hosted bedroom. Cars may be parked on site or in legal street parking close to the host property. • Noise limits: Comply with standards of Santa Cruz County Code 8.30: quiet hours 10PM – 8AM every day. No use of equipment requiring more than standard household electrical current at 110 volts or activities that produce noise, dust, odor, or vibration detrimental to occupants of adjoining dwellings is allowed within the hosted rental room. • Food. No cooking shall be allowed in any guest room or in any bathroom. Food service, shall be limited to serve to guests only, and shall be subject to applicable regulations of the Santa Cruz County Environmental Health department. • Pets is not allowed. • Events prohibited. No weddings, outdoor parties, or similar activities are authorized under a Hosted Rental Permit and House Rules. • No illegal behavior or disturbances allowed. Fireworks are illegal in Santa Cruz County. • Trash management. Guests are responsible for taking out the trash and recycling from the home to the outside bins at the end of their stay. • Emergency evacuation instructions. In the event of an emergency where evacuation is necessary, guest(s) shall gather outside the house. When safe, guests shall call Host as soon as possible. • We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in adhering to these guidelines.
