The space This spacious and inviting apartment features three comfortable bedrooms and three well-appointed bathrooms, making it the perfect choice for family getaways or group retreats. The fully equipped kitchen ensures you have everything needed to prepare meals with ease, while the cozy living spaces offer a relaxing atmosphere for everyone. Step out onto the balcony to enjoy the serene surroundings and refreshing ocean breeze. Located just a 10-minute walk from the beach, this condo offers access to a variety of resort-style amenities, including multiple swimming pools. PLEASE NOTE that the main swimming pool and beach bar are currently under renovation; however, guests are welcome to use the other swimming pools on the property. Additional amenities include tennis courts, a fully equipped gym, 24-hour security for your peace of mind, and free on-site parking for your convenience. A peaceful escape with everything at your fingertips. Other things to note Before your stay, please take note of the following important details to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience. Guest Registration: It’s mandatory to register all guests staying at the property. Please provide a picture ID of all guests on the day of booking. Even if you’ve already verified your ID through Airbnb, we will need a copy. Failure to provide this information may result in cancellation, as the building will not allow unregistered guests. No Smoking: Smoking inside the building is strictly prohibited. A fine of $300 will be applied, in addition to any penalties imposed by the building association. No House Parties: House parties are prohibited and will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation without a refund. The property is equipped with a “Noise Aware” system that will notify us if decibel levels are too high. Check-in/Check-out: Check-in time is at 4:00 pm and check-out time is at 11:00 am. If you require early check-in or late check-out, please request it at least 24 hours in advance. Extended stays may not be possible if there are incoming or outgoing reservations on the same day. Failure to comply with the schedule will result in a penalty fee equivalent to one additional night, deducted from your damage deposit. No Washcloths Provided: Please note that washcloths are not provided at the property. House Rules: - Keep home items inside the house. - Take the garbage out before you leave. - Handle all provided items and equipment with care. In case of damage, the following charges will apply: - Bath towels: $15 each - Hand towels: $8 each - Set of sheets/duvets: $50 each - Bed blankets: $60 each - Carpet stains/spills: $50 An extra cleaning fee of $250 will be charged if the property is left in unreasonable condition.
