This one-bedroom apartment puts you close enough to feel all of it: the waterfront, the arch, the energy of downtown - yet far enough that the space itself stays genuinely restful.   Living space Inside, the apartment breathes easily. Natural textures and industrial-inspired details give the space character without crowding it, and everything is laid out so two people can move comfortably without getting in each other's way. A TV and Wi-Fi keep you connected whenever you want to be, and a dedicated workspace means the occasional email or remote work session doesn't require heading out. When the pace slows, board games are stacked and ready - and for guests traveling with little ones, there are children's books and toys suited for ages 2-5 years old.   Sleeping arrangements The bedroom is set up for 2 guests with 1 bed, dressed in fresh bed linens. A closet with hangers, a room safe, and an iron take care of the practical side - the kind of details that make a stay feel properly settled rather than just functional.   Kitchen & dining The full kitchen is genuinely equipped: stove, microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker, toaster, and blender, alongside cooking basics, dishes and silverware, and wine glasses. The building has an elevator, making arrivals with luggage easy. Self check-in via keypad means no coordinating around arrival windows. Exterior security cameras cover the condominium hallways, and a first aid kit is on-site.   Location Downtown Cabo San Lucas - the marina, beaches, restaurants, and nightlife - is roughly five minutes away by car. Close enough to step into on a whim; far enough that the apartment holds its quiet when you need it to. Guest access **ATTENTION: This condo is located on the third floor and the pools are on the fifth and seventh floor.
